Delete your account and data

You can ask Malatrait to delete your game account and the personal data associated with it. You can also request deletion of personal data if you do not have an account.

This applies to guest accounts and accounts linked through optional Google or Apple sign-in to save your progress.

Email an account and data deletion request

This link opens your email app with a draft. Send the email to submit your request. You can also write directly to contact@malatrait.com with the subjectAccount and data deletion request.

Please include:

  • The name of the Malatrait game.
  • Your player or account ID, if you know it.
  • Whether you play as a guest or use Google or Apple sign-in.
  • The email address associated with the account, if applicable.
  • Whether you want to delete your account and its data, or request deletion of specific data.

If you do not know your account details, send the information you have and we will help you identify the relevant account or data. You do not need to reinstall the game or sign in to submit a request. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.

What happens next?

We aim to respond within 3 business days. This is our response target, rather than a deadline for completing deletion. We may ask for information needed to verify that the account or data belongs to you before processing the request.

After reviewing your request, we will explain the next steps, the expected timeframe, and any applicable retention exceptions. We will confirm when your request has been completed.

What data is deleted?

An account deletion request covers your Malatrait game account and the personal data associated with it that we hold, including associated data held for our games through Unity Gaming Services, subject to the retention exceptions below. Account-related saved progress is also covered. You can also ask us to delete specific personal data without requesting account deletion.

Account deletion is permanent. Any game progress or content associated with the deleted account may no longer be accessible.

Data retention

Some information may need to be retained to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce legal agreements, or protect the security of our services, as described in ourPrivacy Policy. Such information is retained only for as long as necessary for those purposes. When an exception applies to your request, we will explain which data is retained, why, and the applicable retention period.
